“Don’t Come With A Label” — Hayden Coffman

Hayden Coffman doesn’t need to define the relationship he’s in. He’s taking the carefree approach to his love life and seeing where the stars take him and his companion in his latest track, “Don’t Come With A Label.” In the song, which features a smooth melody and a hip-hop beat that aligns with today’s modern country sound, Coffman promises he’s in no hurry to become an item with his romantic partner. He’s not fixated on putting a label on their romance. Instead, he’s enjoying the moment for what it is.

Yeah it is what it is and it ain’t what it ain’t / Yeah we got what we got and I ain’t worried ’bout it / Yeah it is what it is and it ain’t what it ain’t / Got my hands on your skin, ain’t in no hurry ’bout it,” he sings throughout the bridge of the track that follows previous releases like “Hate The Beer,” “If You Know Her, You Know,” and “Hard Stuff.”

“I Wish You Would” — Mackenzie Carpenter feat. Midland

Mackenzie Carpenter lined up a fitting duet partner for her latest collaborative track, “I Wish You Would,” which will appear on her forthcoming debut album, Hey Country Girl, set to arrive on March 7. Teaming up with Midland’s Mark Wystrach, the pair brings listeners a potential hit with a song that calls to mind Ella Langley and Riley Green’s successful smash, “you look like you love me.”

Set in a dive bar, the song lyrics of “I Wish You Would” find the duet partners catching a spark and teasing each other with flirtatious one-liners over a beat that offers a gentle sway. Speaking of the track in a press release, Carpenter said, “‘I Wish You Would (ft. Midland)’ is a fun, flirty tune about wanting someone to be more forward, quit guessing, and make the first move. It’s about craving a spark with someone and longing for more than a few glances with that person you’ve noticed from across the bar.”

“I loved ‘I Wish You Would’ from the jump when Mackenzie and Jamie Moore sent it our way. When I went to lay my part, I was thrown back in time to the era of Conway [Twitty] and Loretta Lynn and Kenny [Rogers] and Dolly [Parton] iconic duets,” Wystrach added.

“Singin’ About Cowboys” —  Robyn Ottolini

After taking a year off of new releases, Robyn Ottolini’s next song finds her entering a whole new chapter in her artistry. The rising Canadian-bred singer/songwriter puts a fresh spin on a cowboy song with “Singin’ About Cowboys.” Otttolini has never met a cowboy herself, but this song finds her describing a cowboy based on everything she’s heard. Finding her match, she instead chooses to focus on the blue-collar man who has her heart.

“I love a good country song about a cowboy, but I’ve never been able to write one because quite frankly, I’ve never met one,” Ottolini explains in her bio on her official website. “I found a way to still sing about them in a sense while paying homage to the guys that I do know a thing or two about: the blue-collar, steadfast fellas that give unconditional love and work their butts off. People will tell you that country has to be about beers and trucks. And while I may write about those things, I’ve always thought country was also just the truth and a bunch of chords more than anything. So, I write the most honest truths I can possibly write. No matter how my delivery may push the boundaries, my honest lyricism is pure country.”

“You’ll Be Mine” — Brett Eldredge

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, Brett Eldredge has the perfect song to sing along to when in the presence of the one you love. Titled “You’ll Be Mine,” this heartfelt track is a string-filled, piano-driven ballad dedicated to romantic partners everywhere. Filled with promises of devotion and sacrifice from a loving individual, “You’ll Be Mine” is an obvious choice for wedding dances and engagements.

Eldrege released “You’ll Be Mine” via his own label Warm and Cozy Records and opened up about the tune in a statement.

He said, “I wrote ‘You’ll be Mine’ a while ago and did a little demo with my band because I was so moved by it. I didn’thave an album coming out anytime soon so I shared it on my socials, and my fans went nuts for it. I feel it’s one of the best love songs I’ve ever got to be a part of writing, and I am so excited that I finally get to give the whole thing to my fans. It is a love song that goes deep, it’s the type of love I’ve never felt until now, and I am ready to share that side of me like never before.”

“Something to You” — McCoy Moore

McCoy Moore is ready to introduce himself to the world with his debut country/rock single, “Something to You.” Paying tribute to his hometown of Lakeland, Florida, the tune finds Moore packing in the nostalgia as he reminisces over memories that have become more meaningful to him over the years.

But the track doesn’t leave anyone out as he takes a universal approach, singing“Red dirt’s just dust ‘til you’re kickin’ it up / Springsteen’s just a song ‘til you’re fallin’ in love / A cold beer’s just a buzz ’til you’re circling up / ‘Round a fire on a Friday / It’s just a truck ’til you’re 16 free, and / It’s just a town ’til you finally leave / No, it don’t mean nothin’ when there’s nothin’ to lose / ‘Cause everything’s just somethin’ ’til it’s something to you.”

Moore wrote “Something to You” with Colton Venner, Johnny Clawson, and Will Weatherly following his decision to pack up his bags and move to Nashville, Tenn. full time, making the tune even more important for him. As previously shared, “Something to You” is Moore’s first single, but judging by its sound and lyrics, it’s destined to take country radio by storm.

“Nothin On” — Kelleigh Bannen feat. Charles Kelley

Kelleigh Bannen and Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley have joined forces for a dreamy duet called “Nothin On.” Featuring a piano-layden haunting melody, the two artists take turns sharing their vocals while telling the storyline of being stuck somewhere between a past relationship and a present one. Kelley takes the first verse, crooning over a former flame before Bannen takes her turn. The two then sing together, showing off their powerful harmonies.

Nothin’ on, nothin’ on, nothin’ on / And I’m workin’ on movin’ on, but there’s somethin’ wrong / ‘Cause he’s got nothin’ on, nothin’ on, nothin’ on (Oh, she’s got nothin’ on) You”  the two artists sing in unison, sharing the final chorus.
