Another Friday, another reason to make some room in your playlist!
From country favorites delivering new tracks to pop stars making their return and emerging artists giving us plenty of reasons to pay attention, this week’s New Music Friday lineup is packed with music worth discovering. Whether you’re in the mood for country, pop, alternative, or something a little outside your usual rotation, there’s plenty to keep you listening all weekend long.
Megan Moroney joins this week’s releases with “You for Me (Smoky Mountain Demo),” while Thomas Rhett delivers “Be There In A Minute.” Meanwhile, Hudson Westbrook adds “Nowhere Bound” to the mix, and Sam Barber returns with “Good Faith.”
One release we’re especially excited about comes from Reiyo The Giant, who officially unveils her debut album, Trick Of The Night, via Safari Riot. Blending alternative R&B, soul, ambient, and electronic influences, the Bronx-born, Atlanta-based artist continues to carve out a sound entirely her own. We’re spotlighting “Into The Wind” on this week’s playlist, offering listeners a chance to discover one of the most intriguing emerging voices on our radar.
Elsewhere, Dove Cameron returns with “breaks open,” while Jack Harlow teams up with Babyface for “TOO SOON.” colby! brings “Machine” to the lineup, P1Harmony delivers “BLOW UP,” and Gym Class Heroes join this week’s rotation with “Useless.”
Country fans have even more to explore this Friday, with Jessi Alexander and Riley Green joining forces for “Old Habits,” while Harper Grace teams up with Michael Ray on “takes one to know one.” Dylan Marlowe delivers “Shotgun Seat,” Chandler Walters adds “If You Wanna See The Show,” and Belle Frantz joins Wynonna for “How Great Thou Art.”
Beyond the familiar names, we’re keeping our ears on some exciting rising artists. Ashley Anne brings “i’d break up with me too,” MaRynn Taylor delivers “Dropout,” and Sophia James joins the conversation with “Finish What You Started.” Meanwhile, JESSIA’s “Head First” and Teagan Earley’s “Maladaptive Daydream” are among the releases making their way onto our radar.
There’s even more to discover from Bottomland, Jonah Marais, Louis York, Miles Hardt, Logan Crosby, and Haydon Wiginton, proving once again that some of the best discoveries come from looking beyond the biggest names.
With so many new releases arriving at once, the only question is which song you’ll have on repeat first.
