“Gettin’ Gone” — ERNEST feat. Snoop Dogg

ERNEST and Snoop Dogg are leaving all their cares behind. The country singer/songwriter and the California rapper have teamed up for an epic collaboration called “Gettin’ Gone.” The track serves as the first offering from ERNEST’s upcoming mixtape-style compilation, Cadillac Sessions on his newly-minted DeVille Records label, launched in partnership with Big Loud Records.

“Gettin’ Gone” is a relaxed tune with a vintage rockabilly meets country melody. Showcasing mellow vibes, ERNEST and Snoop take turns singing about getting stoned with a few random folks while on a trip down in the bayou. Having Snoop Dogg on the track is quite fitting considering the subject content, and according to a press release, the global icon requested to have a guest vocal on “Gettin’ Gone,” which he co-penned with ERNEST alongside Ben Hayslip, Rhett Akins, and Mark Holman.

“Lose My Cool” —  Lauren Watkins

Lauren Watkins has always played by her own set of rules when it comes to being in romantic relationships, but in“Lose My Cool” the now-married songbird admits she’s become weak in the knees for a certain someone, who never fails to reel her in with his Tennessee drawl and F-350. Written by Watkins alongside Will Bundy, Nicolle Galyon, and Rodney Clawson, “Lose My Cool” showcases a new side to the Big Loud Records singer/songwriter and marks her first release since her 2024 debut album, The Heartbroken Record.

“I’m so excited for this song to be out in the world,” Watkins, who is currently on the road as an opener for Zach Top’s Cold Beer and Country Music Tour, shared via a press release. “This song is a snapshot of this season of my life – free, hopeful, and unapologetically happy. Fans have known me as the heartbroken girl, but being in love and married now is new territory for me. This song is about embracing that, showing my cards, and letting go. I’m excited for fans to see a new side of me.”

“If I Could” — Sheyna Gee

Sheyna Gee takes listeners back to her nomadic childhood in her new nostalgic track “If I Could.” The tune, built around country music storytelling, features Gee’s raw and raspy vocals over a grassroots melody, laced with banjos, fiddles, and tambourine. Gee co-wrote “If I Could” with Lacy Rostyak, and co-produced the track with Grady Smith. The lyrics find her showcasing her vulnerability as she searches for stability and looks for a place to settle down.

I’m getting tired of chasing lines out on the highway / Running blind behind headlights with nowhere to go / I would settle down if you asked me to right now / I’d stay with you forever if I could,” Gee emotionally sings.

“Back In The Country” — George Birge

George Birge, who will hit the road this summer as a supporting act on Luke Bryan’s Country Song Came On Tour, is putting a new spin on the best parts of being in the countryside in his latest song, “Back In The Country.” The catchy track finds the Records artist highlighting everything from old boots, to sitting on the bank to being back home with his buddies as he wishes to get “Back in the woods / Dog in the back of a truck / Truck in the back of a field / Field in the back of the house / Back in the country for good.”

“Back In The Country,” co-written with Matt Dragstrem, Chase McGill, and Michael Tyler, features a country rock melody that’s tailor-made for country radio and large arena tours. The song follows Birge’s Top 40 single, “It Won’t Be Long” and recent No. 1 single, “Cowboy Songs.”

“High On A Heartbreak” — Hailey Whitters

Fans are getting an early preview of Hailey Whitters‘ recently announced upcoming album, Corn Queen, with the newly released track “High On A Heartbreak.” The highly-relatable tune captures the idea of chasing down a heartbreak with alcohol with Whitters giving way to the messy part of moving on, as she chooses to feel the burn of a breakup.

“I wrote this song with David Garcia, Hillary Lindsey, and Jessie Jo Dillon. I wanted to write the antithesis of a heartbreak song, one about a heartbreak feeling good vs. feeling bad – almost like a guilty pleasure. This song feels like something you’d put on to get ready for a fun night on the town after a breakup. It feels like owning the heartbreak rather than feeling sorry for yourself,” Whitters shared of the song in a press release.
