Kalsey Kulyk has the spitfire guts of Miranda Lambert and the windswept swagger of Lainey Wilson. Together, she unleashes “You Fight Dirty,” a kicking-up-dust number that’ll knock you off your feet. “Look at you acting like a little fool / Only boys hit low so why can’t you be a man?” she confronts. Her spicy lyrics aren’t a front; she means exactly what she sigs, and she can back up every single word.

Kulyk musters up a firestorm, letting the flames whip and lick the air. “You fight dirty, and it don’t look good,” she fumes. She lets her ex get down in the mud while taking the high road herself. The song speaks louder than she could, and the other half looks like an absolute schmuck.

Admittedly, “You Fight Dirty” arrived as a song “that just felt good when we were writing it!,” says Kulyk in a press statement. “It’s fun, it’s relatable… and it’s just plain old country. We wrote this one nine years ago, so I’m so grateful it’s finally getting its moment to hopefully connect with a bunch of people who’ve
been through a breakup that didn’t end well.”
