The latest episode of Christina in the Country featured another appearance by Christina Haack‘s estranged husband, Josh Hall.
Filmed before her and Hall’s separation last July, the second season of Haack’s HGTV spinoff series debuted on Tuesday, November 12.
With her family — which includes children Hudson, 5, whom she shares with her second ex-husband Ant Anstead, and Taylor, 14, and Brayden, 9, whom she shares with her first ex-husband and fellow HGTV star Tarek El Moussa — the show follows the Christina on the Coast star as she moves her business from California to Tennessee and experiences country living.
Hall made his only appearance in the Nov. 26 episode “Basement Blow Out!” during which he awkwardly confronted Haack and the children when they were cleaning the family’s hens in their farmhouse in Leiper’s Fork.
“I’m kinda speechless,” he says as he enters the room. “I shouldn’t be at this point, but…”
“In Tennessee, our chickens are our pets,” Haack says in the episode. “I want to bring them inside and cuddle with them on the couch. But we can’t do that until we give them a bath.”
Christina in the Country revolves around Christina’s Tennessee house, where she and Hall resided with her kids during production. Since he filed for divorce on July 15, the house has been a source of conflict between the ex-couple.
Josh was living there after the breakup when Christina listed the six-bedroom house for $4.5 million in October. Less than a month later, she took the listing down after Hall filed a temporary order halting the sale of the house, according to a PEOPLE report. Despite purchasing the house before her and Josh’s marriage, Hall asserted in court filings that he was entitled to a vote in the property’s fate because of the “paydown of the mortgage during the marriage.”
However, another report from Realtor.com suggests that the house is back on the market. The gorgeous six-bedroom, six-bathroom home is now again for sale as of December 3rd, with the same agent, Haack’s close friend Kelly Dougherty, listing it for the same asking price of $4.5 million.
