On November 25th, Whiskey Jam, Nashville’s premier original live independent music series, celebrated its monumental 1,000th show at Whiskey Row in downtown Nashville! For over a decade, this iconic event has been the heartbeat of the country music scene, helping launch the careers of countless artists.

The celebration was one for the books, featuring an unforgettable lineup of performers, including Dierks Bentley, Zach Top, Ella Langley, Dasha, Dylan Marlowe, Alana Springsteen, Graham Barham, Zach John King, and Jojo DiSilva. The historic event brought together fans, industry leaders, and artists who have all played a part in Whiskey Jam’s storied legacy.
Zach Top reflected on his journey with Whiskey Jam, saying:
“The first time I played Whiskey Jam …I got a record deal out of it. Thank you to Ward and everybody that helped put this thing on for giving artists like me – and everybody who’s been on this stage tonight – a chance to come out and play a show.”
For Dasha, the invitation to perform at the 1,000th show was a career highlight

What started in January 2011 as a Monday night gathering in a small Midtown dive bar has become a cornerstone of Nashville’s music culture. Whiskey Jam’s stage has launched careers, forged connections, and given fans unforgettable performances.
Founder Ward Guenther summed it up best.
